About the Role: 

MonsterKong is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Instagram Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instagram Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via direct messages, promoting MonsterKong’s services, and driving sales for our packages. You'll start with one account to get comfortable with the process, and as you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to scale up and manage additional accounts.

Responsibilities: 

- Send 60 to 80 direct messages (DMs) daily from the assigned Instagram account(s). 

- Engage with potential customers, introduce MonsterKong's services, and promote our packages. 

- Track outreach efforts, follow up with leads, and report progress. 

- Focus on converting leads into sales for our packages. 

- Provide regular reports on outreach activity and sales conversions. 

Compensation: 

This is a commission-based role with earnings directly tied to your sales performance. You’ll earn up to $50 per lead depending on the package sold. 

Requirements: 

- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media outreach. 

- Strong communication and persuasion skills. 

- Ability to meet daily outreach targets (60-80 messages per account). 

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. 

- No prior sales experience is required – training will be provided.
